Safety of waste gas use.

In the production process of waste plastics refining, the main components of non-liquefiable waste gas are alkanes from C1 to C4, which are dangerous to burn directly.

Our present production technology, use it as fuel to burn before, first of all make it through the first device safe water seal, and then make it through the second gas nozzle, safety device can completely achieve safety in production.

Environmental protection, the disposal of three wastes in the production process.

1. Exhaust gas is fully burnt through water seal and gas nozzle of two safety devices, which not only eliminates waste gas pollution, but also saves a lot of fuel

2. The waste liquid.

In the process of oil treatment, a small amount of weak acid wastewater will be produced.

After neutralization by adding the weak sealing liquid, the neutral wastewater can be filtered through three levels, which can reach the harmlessness and return out.

3. Waste solids.

After catalytic pyrolysis of waste plastics, there will be some solid residues, accounting for about 5% to 10% of the weight of waste plastics.

Its main component is coarse carbon black.

It can be used as raw material for producing industrial carbon black and as raw material for making fly ash (coal is used as raw material in coal-fired power plants and remains after burning) bricks.
